Andrew Spencer is associate vice president for institutional effectiveness at Oklahoma Baptist University. He holds a Ph.D. in Theological Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Previously served in the United States Navy as a submarine officer after graduating from the United States Naval Academy. Spencer is also a senior research fellow at the Institute of Faith, Work, and Economics.
